The best experience I’ve had with injury lawyers! I’ve had the misfortune of being involved in multiple car accidents and this was the best experience by far with the lawyer side. My case manager, Phillip, was always staying in touch with me to see how my treatment was going and when it came time to negotiate he really went to bat for me and got the initial offer improved by over 1,000 dollars! I would highly recommend this lawyers office to anyone. If I ever get involved in another accident I’ll know that I have a great lawyer to call.

On a Tuesday night in November, I was making a Target run when a drunk driver crashed into me. I've never been in a serious car accident before and here I was with my car destroyed, my body hurt, and unable to do anything but cry. I called Danielle and thank god I did. She got me set up with everything quickly and gently guided me on my options when all I wanted to do was shut down and sob. She and Cassidy were patient and thorough with me through this whole process. I never felt out of the loop and I didn't have to worry about anything but getting better. Danielle made sure I understood everything and checked on me, answering all my question. She and Cassidy brought me out of a nightmare and gave back to my life. I am eternally grateful.

Hello future onlookers of this review! I just wanted to take some time to shout-out my case worker Michele! A couple of months ago I was in a pretty bad car accident, which left me feeling afraid, confused, and overwhelmed as I began sifting through the vast amount of law firms here in Vegas. I’m not going to lie, I just chose this law firm at random but I have to say it turned out to be an amazing decision! Michele was patient with my questions and hesitations, available when I was in need, and I believe she was really giving it her all for me. I had a personal skepticism when it pertained to lawyers, I thought they weren’t the most trustworthy and potentially prioritized profit over the client, yet, with this team I felt the sense that they genuinely cared. I also wanted to say thank you to the team at Align Chiropractic of the Warm Springs location, who were all so friendly, personable, and professional. The chiropractor Mr. Ben was hilarious and kind. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or outcome. If you are confused and not sure which law firm to trust, I would highly recommend giving Benson and Bingham a chance. I pray it all works out for you in the end.🙂🌻

Danielle, was an awesome attorney. Her staff was as amazing as her. They kept me inform of the process and made sure got in contact with a chiropractor right after my accident.

The experience I had with this firm as been above excellent. My lawyer went above & beyond to make sure I got all that was deserving of me. They have been keeping me updated with every detail of my case whenever new information comes there way to provide for myself. Personally, I thank you for your swift action towards my case & I honestly would recommend to anybody that has been in any wrongfully mobile accident.
