We cannot speak highly enough about the team at Benson & Bingham. After our incident, we were shaken up and frustrated, and after speaking with a few other attorneys in town, we were able to met with Danielle at her office downtown. From the minute we stepped into the office until the follow-up after the settlement, we knew we were in good hands and made the right choice. Eva and the team were extremely hospitable from start to finish, keeping us up-to-date during the difficult times of COVID and working above and beyond what we expected. Our care was their concern, which showed, as their treatment providers were considerate. Never once did this feel transactional, unlike the the service we felt at other offices.
