I was very satisfied with the entire process working with Benson and Bingham. When I was injured due to the accident they took care of me getting me doctors appointments and chiropractic visits and none of it was out of pocket. When it was all over I received a generous settlement and everything was covered from doctors visits, to medicine.

My dad and I got in a car accident January of last year and we got referred to Benson & Bingham. Michelle has been of great help and was super patient with us! She let me know the details and process to our accident and kept in contact with us regularly. Thank you benson and Bingham!!

My wife got into an accident about three years ago and she was referred to them by a friend, a couple months ago I got into an accident also and they treated us great, they kept in contact at all times checking on us and always answering our questions.

I have to start this review by saying how grateful I am to the offices of Benson & Bingham for advocating for me after my accident. Prior to that life altering call (that call literally changed the course of my life for the better) I was living in physical pain, confusion on what to do about my situation and daily fear of making a mistake that could impact the rest of my life. I had reached a point where I had to involve an attorney. The situation with my accident was complicated. I was a passenger in a taxi, was in Las Vegas on a work trip and lived out of state. The insurance company was extremely difficult to deal with. I was overwhelmed trying to decide what to do and even more so when I realized I had no choice but to retain an attorney. After contacting several law offices I connected with Benson & Bingham. From the first phone call there was empathy and concern for me. They were efficient in obtaining details of the case in a non intrusive way which made me very comfortable. They truly cared about me and my condition. Within an hour of my initial contact Ben Bingham called me. He answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner. After speaking to Mr. Bingham I felt like a weight had been lifted. I knew I had to have an attorney that I could be comfortable with and be able to have direct conversations and he was the one. Even before I became a client I was treated professionally and with kindness. After I became a client that attention to customer service and authentic concern for my well being never wavered. Mr. Bingham and Amy returned every phone call and email quickly. Amy was amazing at ensuring I knew what was happening with my case at all times. Mr. Bingham never lost sight of my case and even when I had difficult, frustrating moments he managed to make what seemed impossible..possible. Ultimately through the tenacity of Mr. Bingham and Amy I was able to avoid going to trial and Benson & Bingham successfully settled my case for an amount that was far greater than I expected! I could not be happier with their services. I highly recommend this office!

I was in an accident in April of 2017. Benson & Bingham took my case on and dealt with all of the headaches and ensured that I healed to the fastest of my abilities. They were flawless.
