I would recommend 100%. I had went from Paul Powell to Benson and Bingham and it was the best decision I made. With benson and Bingham the energy was there. We have used benson Bingham multiple times and every time I request to work with Bernadette. She is consistently on top of it and great at keeping me in the loop on what's happening and making it so that I don't have worry or wonder what's happening. My Food Poisoning Injury happened in Sept 2021 my case closed April 2024. If you ever have this type of case make sure you get a stool sample lab completed immediately from your doctor!! You need to have patience to reap what you feel is owed to you. This is the BEST INJURY LAW FIRM in LAS VEGAS, NV!! If you have been injured and you need a lawyer they are who you should hire. Dane, Gohorik, and Amy was my Championship Team!! They kept me updated every step of the way. If I had questions they were easy to get ahold of and if they needed to call you back you heard from them within 24-48 hours. They leave no room for surprises give you all the details so you can understand the lingo but in terms you understand. The professionalism, care, respect, and customer service you will receive is A+! For 3 years I never not knew what was happening in my case. They are not slackers at all!! I hope I never get hurt again but if I do hands down I’ll be calling them to my rescue to give the other party a clear viewpoint! I want all patrons to remember that you have to realize that it’s not their job to fund your retirement plan or make you a millionaire. They also deserve to be paid because you’re not the one answering notices, filing responses, or showing up for court. Yes, you did get hurt and experienced some life events but they are fighting to make sure you get the only sorry you can get “financial leverage in life”. Try to have realistic expectations just because you got hurt don’t mean your owed 1M dollars. You have to consider the law and evidence that can be proven. If you come at it another way you’re going to give yourself undue stress and your lawyer will feel it too. How do you want them to do a great job if you’re being disrespectful and difficult? There is a right and wrong way to disagree. Patience is the key nothing is done overnight it might take 2-3 years or longer depending on your case. Enjoy the ride, learn all you can, and give it to God the seer, giver of all, and always on time!! Best of Luck! P.S. We were blessed and now it’s my time to take that blessing, be a good servant, ask God what I’m supposed to do in his kingdom, and be the greatest steward over it to fund my retirement and give generational wealth to my lineage! No blowing it on shopping, gambling, drinking, or drugs. If you need a car buy used no car note, if you buy a home multi-family 1st! My investing will give me assets and they will pay for a privileged life. My settlement was the gift and seed! God be the Glory, Amen!
