Upon my arrival at the dowtown office the day after my accident, i had met Lina. She was very soft spoken which made me feel very at ease. I didnt feel rushed to make decisions or sign papers. I was given genuine advice. Options and other info regarding my case was thoroughly explained to me. I also had the help of Lina's legal assistant Ashley Page whom responded to me thru email very promptly when i had questions or concerns. Though my case was settled much quicker than had i expected, i feel that i was properly represented. I was unsure of who to trust and go to after my auto accident but after such a pleasant experience with this law firm, i feel extremely content that i made the choice to go to Benson & Bingham. I definitely recommend Benson and Bingham, their downtown office on 10th street was well decorated and professional, and filled with extremely friendly staff. Overall great experience!

My roommate and I were in a vehicle accident, where another car hit us while driving on a moped. Before contacting lawyers, we thought that nobody was going to take our case because the accident occurred in a private property. Once we called the office of Benson and Bingham, they assigned us to meet with Lina Sadovnikaite. She was so sweet and understanding, she explained everything in detail and how the process would be and was honest to tell us that cases do take a while, because insurance/doctor offices take time to respond back. She assigned us to a chiropractor, to get our bodies checked out since we had pain and discomfort from the accident. Lina and her assistant Ashley, were so prompt on keeping me updated, every time I emailed/called them, they would respond right away. At the end they got me a settlement. Satisfied with this law firm, thank you Lina and Ashley.

I called benson and bingham down on 10th street they took such good care of my situation i wasnt expecting the high amount i received back they definetely suprised me with the settlement i got . I went to great doctors that were genuinely concerned about my injuries and well being. Over time the headaches subsided, my neck and back improved as well. Adam kept me in the loop about everything from beginning to end. Benson & Bingham got all my remaining bills lowered and made sure they were paid so I didn't have to deal with it. I was rear ended at a red light on June 23rd, 2015. I went to Benson & Bingham about a week later and sat with Adam Stone. He explained to me in detail everything he was going to do and how everything works which was awesome because I've never been in a situation like this. Today marks 7 months since my accident and my case is already closed. Adam kept contact with me almost twice a week, every time he had any updates, he immediately emailed me. They also got my hospital bill, chiropractor and the pain management bill cut in half, which put more money in my pocket. I'm so happy I picked them to represent me, I thought this was going to be a very long and painful process but it wasn't because of them. Thank you Benson, Bingham and Adam!.

I am writing this review for Pablo and Carmen Cabrera, they had a very good experience at this location, staff is really professional and they have a very good customer service, as soon as they got there, they offer them drinks and snacks, they were always there for them, they always got their questions answered and calls always returned or answered at the first time.
