At age 62 I had cause to need the services of an attorney for the first time in my life. Two dogs were running in a public park at an extremely high rate of speed, together side by side. They crashed into my left leg breaking three separate bones in my leg and ankle. Surgery was required and a two and a half month recovery confined me to a bed with the leg elevated while it healed. Physical Therapy was also required. After waiting 7 weeks for the owners of the dogs to step up, and they did not, I had two separate friends recommend the law firm of Benson & Bingham to me. The attorney they assigned to my case was Dana Oswald and her legal assistant was Cassidy Kay. When I first met Dana I was in so much pain I could hardly concentrate but she was and has continued to be exactly what I would wish for in an attorney representing my needs. Dana was very forthright about the case sharing both her concerns and course of action with me and from that first day she took care of absolutely everything regarding the legal aspects of my case and helping to guide me through the medical and insurance aspects of my recovery. I was able to give my full attention to the healing process which was more painful and challenging than anything I have ever experienced. Dana's legal assistant, Cassidy Kay was so patient and thorough with every little detail. At every turn I felt I was in good hands and they were able to represent my situation and settle my case in a way I would never have been able to navigate alone. Benson & Bingham, Dana Oswald and Cassidy Kay are what a citizen hopes for in legal representation. This is also a first for me. After B&B decided to take my case, my contact with the firm was Adam Stone. He was knowledgeable, patient and understanding. He explained to me the processes, and the time that could be expected for things to take place. He negotiated the fees for the services, exams and treatments because of the accident so that I would have less to pay out of the settlement, and therefor more could remain in my pocket. I'd like to start this review by thanking B&B for all they have done for me and my family. Everyone involved was incredibly professional, and I never had a doubt that they had my best interests in heart. This was my first time dealing with the minutiae of an auto collision settlement, and at every turn, Cassidy and Israel took the time to explain the process. Three parties were involved with this accident, and the fact that there would be multiple layers of insurance was a detail I had never been privy to. They sent me to a chiropractor that was the definition of professional, and a pain management doctor that was seasoned and knowledgeable. The focus was always my wellbeing and never hurrying to close the case as quickly as possible; this is exactly what an attorney should do! Throughout this, I also learned the importance of Underinsured Motorist Coverage! Needless to say, I had several questions throughout this process - never once did I call and not either immediately speak to Cassidy or have her call me back within an hour. Further, it was always her that I have the pleasure of speaking to, never anyone else. Isreal and Cassidy continue to work on my case as I write this, and I look forward to seeing how he and his team continue to help me.

I was so nervous when i got hit by 2 cars on the freeway. My life seemed to be turned upside down. I went to Benson & Bingham for legal advice and was very satisfied with what their reviews. Between the lack of being able to drive and physical therapy I really needed a lawyer that was going to be hands on. And they were exactly that. My initial consultation was with Dana Oswalt and she was very confident that she could handle my case with no problems. However, Cassidy was my go-to for every other part of my process. She was great at explaining the process of everything and i really felt like she cared. I highly recommend their attorneys.

I have never felt so comfortable in an environment I knew NOTHING about! I've never been in an accident before From the first phone call to the last, Everything was so professional and friendly to.
