I was in a car accident September 2014, from day one of meeting Lina Sadovnikaite I knew that I could trust her to do what was best for me. Never had an experience with a lawyer and she made my first experience very comfortable. I would highly recommend her to some who needs a good lawyer.

In June 2013, I was involved in a car wreck in which the other driver ran a stop sign and I t-boned her. Being in Vegas for only 3 months, I was a nervous wreck! Benson and Bingham took my case, and when the other driver tried to say I was speeding and only wanted to cover 80% of my medical expenses, they fought for me. The other driver finally accepted 100% and my Case was settled today! Ashley Page was my paralegal and that woman don't play! She fights for the rights of her clients and doesn't stop till matters are resolved. I love them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has a personal injury in Vegas or the surrounding area!!!!

Benson & Bingham did a wonderful job representing me when I was struck by a vehicle as a pedestrian in a gas station in the middle of a bright sunny day during my trip in Las Vegas. I'm glad I chose B&B after testing the waters out with another attorney that my cab driver had recommended that was unresponsive and not helpful. Lina was great and kept me informed throughout the process and the dedication of B&B got us a reasonable claim from the insurance company for my injuries. I'd definitely recommend B&B and will seek them for legal assistance if I had to do it all over again.

I love this firm. I had no problem with my case. They are the one that took care of it 100%. Lina was my lawyer, she is a terrific one. She takes the time to call me or sit with me in person to explain every detail and process of my case. If I didn't understand it, she will explain it again and again until I understand it completely. Overall I'm happy with this firm and I will refer this to anyone.

Was in a car accident back in October where a driver ran a red light and pretty much totaled my less than a yr old Audi SUV. Worked w/ Israel and his assistant Cassidy and thru the whole process they were both very efficient and accessible, especially w/ my numerous concerns and questions. We have settled 2 of the parts of our case already and they did a great job resolving it. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing legal services.

I was recommended to speak with Dana at Benson & Bingham about my accident. She was awesome, she set me up with Candice in their office. Candice was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Anytime I would call of have a question, she was right there to take care of everything. Her and Dana were both completely transparent with communication and it really took all the worry out of it. I had other things to worry about (physical therapy, doctors, MRIs). I hope I never have to go through this all again but if I do I want Candice, Dana, and the rest of the staff at Benson & Bingham right there with me! Thanks guys!

a Drunk driver hit me on New Year's Eve and totaled my favorite car of all time my new Mustang convertible. I was able to take pics and report the accident right from the scene to their website! The drunk driver had crappy insurance but thank God I had under insured motorist coverage. The firm has excellent office staff and they all helped me through the entire process of reporting the accident to receiving my settlement check. Cassidy was my case manager and always returned calls and answered my questions promptly. I received great care from the doctors they recommended and was able to get back to work quickly with no out of pocket expenses while I received care!
