Benson & Bingham and staff are friendly professionals, through and through. They were not only efficient in resolving my motor vehicle accident claim, but they were successful in helping me to collect a very fair settlement. I cannot speak for other personal injury lawyers in NV, but these guys get the job done and they do it well. The staff is nothing but pleasant, and my good friend Adam helped me out a great deal by keeping me up-to-date on my case as it progressed; I never had to wonder what was going on. I highly recommend this team!!

I had a car accident on May and I was 6 months pregnant, I was referred to Benson & Bingham attorneys by my insurance agent. Lina Sadovnikaite was my attorney and she was very professional, clear at explaining everything and always available. I'm very happy with their service and will totally recommend them.

In October of 2013 I was involved in a 3 lane 3 car accident. A decision for my settlement was made this October 2014. To say the least the journey of the case was long but refreshing in the end. One day went by after my accident when i went to Benson & Bingham. Following my consultation i was already on my way to see a chiropractor and a pain specialist. None the less i got my medical as needed right away and through out the time until i got my settlement. In the long haul i got all my medical bills paid as well as a good lump some for my pain and suffering. Only suggestion i have to them is to make more follow up calls with us the client though out the process. After it all i would recommend Benson & Bingham because they are adamant on getting the treatment and settlement you need.

I was in an accident about this time last year and Benson and Bingham contacted me just wanting to help. It was a great experience, considering what I was going though. Linda is AMAZING! She spoke and worked with me personally, answering every single question and request I had through personal emails and phone calls since day one. She was open and honest about what we can do and what to expect. She didn't force anything but guided me to make the better decisions and only did what I wanted her to. I was skeptical about using an attorney and at first I attempted to try an deal with it on my own. A friend mentioned Benson & Bingham. I am very happy he did. I went to the Summerlin office. Isreal was my attorney, but we never had to go to court. Cassisdy his paralegal was outstanding. I am military and she was able to work with TriCare and handled everything and ensured I received the maximum amount for my injury's. I never thought or expected the outstanding treatment and quick replies that i received. Any time I got nervous or anything I could call or e-mail and receive a very fast reply with my answer. They are the best I've ever seen. Very helpful always friendly and performed better than I ever expected so A++++ hire them and you can hand them your worries and deal with getting healthy rather than worry about the insurance company.

Benson & Bingham are the best. From what I've heard from friends and family about getting the run around, long drawn-out cases not with them. They're friendly, helpful, kind and honest. They handle everything. All I had to do was worry about getting better. I would definitely recommend them.

I was driving my moped home when a on comming pick-up truck drove into my lane. I wasn't given enough time to even honk my horn. Just trying to get home, but instead I had to go to the hospital. Then my mom refered me to Benson & Bingham. I am really thankfull she did, because I didn't know what to do in my situation. They are very confident, and are helping me get threw this. I was on My way to work like any other day and the 1st intersection from My Home a young 24yr old decided to run his red light w/no particular reason and just heading home. He mis-judged his left turn, turning into My lane. Due to his decision bound Me in a Wheelchair for 4mths and learning how to walk again at the age of 56. I was injured in Las Vegas after trying to get my son who had tripped on loose carpeting and went face first into the corner of a doorway at our hotel. After metioning it to the staff and received no apologies or concern over our injuries. we went home to Canada. A few weeks later my knee got worse to the point that it was rubbing bone on bone, xrays were done and an mri scheduled and physio started. I looked for a lawyer that could represent me in Canada.
