After hearing all the horror stories from my friends with their dealings with personal injury attorneys related to car accidents from low payouts, to bad doctors, and most of all to them ignoring their calls, I was pretty friggin' skeptical with Benson and Bingham. I was introduced to attorney Ryan Mortier who looks quite the opposite of the stereotypical slick-haired attorney. Not only that, he was surprisingly nice, humble and affectionate. Throughout the course of my car accident case, Ryan answered all of my calls (and believe me, I called WAY too many times for my own good), he constantly updated me with info, and importantly he referred me to the best doctors. Part of me felt like maybe he was 'too nice' to deal with these vampire like insurance claim adjusters. That question was put to rest when I heard him talk to adjuster and he was cunning, strong, and vicious (in a good way) with these insurance adjusters. And of course, the big question is 'did I get paid?' Put it this way, he got me 4x what I thought I was going to get. In fact, the settlement was so good that I could pay off all of my debt, help family and friends, and move to Thailand. This is all true, NO BS. Ryan Mortier not only got me paid, but throughout the case he became a friend. He is a true gentlemen. I have to say a huge THANKS to Ryan once again. PS: His assistant Christina was truly awesome as well. She is beyond smart and is quick to help with anything in need. In fact, Christina deserves more praise than what is accredited. She too is sincere and willing to help at the fire of a trigger.

I had a case that lasted nearly 3 years. I was very happy with the attention to detail and personal attention I received even though the Court system took a long time. Joe Benson is a good man.

I would definitely recommend Benson and Bingham. I got into an accident and was really worried because my car got damaged, and I had no health insurance to cover my hospital expenses. They knew my concern and assured me that I did not have to worry about anything. They helped me every step of the way and kept me updated about everything. After my therapy, they made sure that I was back to my 100%, and since I wasn't, they requested further treatments to make sure that I would feel better. Also, they were very cooperative and helpful when I had to be out of the country for months. They kept in touch through phone calls and e-mails, which gave me the assurance that everything would be okay even though I was thousands of miles away. Now, that's someone that you can trust! I highly recommend Benson & Bingham! Joe and Ben were very patient, friendly and explanatory. They sat down and patiently listened through everything, as well as explain the process and steps in such a way to a newbie with attorneys. They also kept great communication throughout the whole process from beginning to end. Cassidy was very friendly and helpful, and always kept in touch, updating me with was going on. I would highly reccomend this law office. They were fast and efficient in handling my case involving an auto accident that I was injured in. They were extremely patient, and understanding of my situation and very helpful. Christina was a blessing to work with. She answered all my questions and got things done in a very timely manner.
