Side swiped in my BMW with 2 passengers in my car. Medical problems become obvious a couple months after the accident and we tried Benson and Bingham. It’s too bad that I can only give 5 stars. Military friendly first of all! Second they got us a meeting with a great lawyer Dane and probably the best paralegal I’ve ever interacted with Goharik same day. They listened to us and understood our situation. Helped us get the right medical care and did not put the settlement above proper care and a better outcome . Goharik was super responsive and ultra responsive , honestly I don’t know how she is not a lawyer with her own paralegal. But they got me the care I needed and within a year for a policy maximum payout for all insurance companies involved. They also negotiate to reduce cost to maximize payments that I didn’t even know . Over 500 page demand letter was complied by Dane and Goharik on my behalf .. so the amount of work they put in over a year was substantial and not something I could have done .LOL . Thankful for them and the faith they have restored into the legal profession
