Kevin Diamond is the most honest and professional attorney I have had the pleasure to work with. A friend of mine was injured at my house resulting in his becoming a parapalegic. My insurance company refused to pay the policy limits (1 million) and I was facing a probable verdict of at least 5 times that amount at trial. I retained Kevin to protect my interest against my insurance company. I am a JD and MBA who has worked extensively in litigation support. He did an amazingly thorough and extremely professional job. The insurance company eventually settled the claim but I felt comfortable that we had established a great bad faith claim if they went to trial and there was a verdict over the policy limits. Kevin is always responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. His bill ran somewhat higher than the original estimate and he has been kind enough to let me make monthly payments.
