Let’s think about this for a minute. We have to deal with this virus, finding food, looking for work, paying bills, staying safe, kids out of school (but not), and it goes on and on. On top of all that, My husband got a traffic ticket. Luckily a friend of mine told me about Craig Kenny. At first I was thinking, they must be closed. But I was shocked to find out that they were still open. I spoke with Janel in the ticket department and I can’t begin to tell you just how comfortable she made me feel. With all the added stress, that small moment of time speaking to her, made all of it go away. It was surreal. It was like I was given a hug through the phone. Something I didn’t even think you could do. I felt that things would be ok. The service was every inexpensive but that worry-free feeling, I so badly needed, was priceless. After we hung up, I took a deep breath and realize just how long it’s been since I’ve smiled. Thank you Janel and Craig Kenny & Associates!

I would like to thank Craig P. Kenny & Associates ticket department for making my experience amazing. I worked with Janel on my ticket and she was so professional. She explained everything clearly and reassured me that they will take care of everything. Not only were all my questions answered, but my stress level was gone. Fast forward to Covid-19. I received a call from Janel to inform me that my case was reschedule and that everything is still ok. The ticket department is so customer service oriented that they called ME and left a voicemail with an update on the Covid-19 situation and how it relates to my ticket. Wow! I am grateful to them for all they do. I even called back to make sure, cause I was in shock. I spoke to Yesenia and she confirmed! The whole department is incredible.
