From first contact this law firm has been amazing. How many other firms are the attorneys willing to speak with you on the weekend?! How many others actually care how you are feeling / doing?! Walk into their offices and you are greeted by a warm, welcoming receptionist; a professionalism that reminds me of Vegas of old. Exceptional service with Paul R. Kirst walking me through the details on what to expect and providing his personal cell, direct office line and office line, as ways to get a hold of him, in addition to his team of assistants. I feel well supported and appreciate that I can trust that his extensive background will be put to use to aid my cause. With the initial visit, it was the first time I felt a weight had been lifted, knowing that the firm is in my corner, looking out for my interests.

My attorney Melanie Scheible is such a fierce advocate. She saved me from when my world felt like it was turned upside down. She made me feel at ease. She was very transparent and worked diligently on my behalf and made the terms of my situation easy to understand. If I could this woman 20 stars I would. She doesn't give up. She finds solutions. Time have changed. Craig and associates have helped me the past. No issues. But now it seems different. Asked to see if they can help my mother with her situation. All I get is a, "will call you back" or transfered to a random person voice mail. I'm guessing it's the nice way to say we don't want to help you.
