I called in and directed myself as a current client even though I am not. Ed answered and was very pleasant. He transferred me to intake and I ended up speaking with Jon. Although I wasn’t able to hire, Jon assisted me and was thorough with the information he provided.

On New Year’s Eve of all days I called in and Jon happened to answer. He was so nice and genuine. I inquired about a family member who got into some trouble. He provided information in a way that I was able to understand. 10/10 would recommend to anybody.
