We were out of state residents. We encountered trouble with CPS and faced felony charge during our visit to Las Vegas in March 2021. Luckily we appointed Mary and Phil as our defense attorneys. They negotiated with District Attorney and our cases were dismissed. Both Mary and Phil have good memories and won't forget you although the cases are postponed by more than 5 months. The verdict of the cases beyond our expectation.

I contacted Phil Brown to be my defense attorney for a case I caught for felony possession of a concealed weapon. He was always quick and concise to any of my concerns or questions regarding my case. He made the process as painless as possible and in the end got my case dismissed which was the best possible outcome. Attorney Brown and his office were more than I had hoped for. I was convinced that the outcome to my case was all but determined already. I was hoping a good attorney would be able to communicate the circumstances to help with the sentencing. Throughout the process, Attorney Brown or his office manager, were in contact and communicated where we were in the process, what to expect, and what options there were when that time came. The initial court date was postponed for a while due to COVID. During the time we had to prepare, Attorney Brown gathered background information and documentation to have a more accurate and detailed profile of myself and for the first time in the entire process, I felt a measure of relief in that I felt I had the best representation I could find. Securing qualified legal representation is daunting since the legal outcome of your ROI goes well beyond monetary compensation. I was comforted in Attorney Brown’s many years experience as a trial lawyer and how familiar he was with the local Legal system. I was further reassured after learning that many of those years were in prosecution as the former Chief Deputy District Attorney for Clark County. On a personal level, it came out that we shared a connection as Veterans, having both served in the U.S. Army. Phone calls were always returned promptly the day of. Even when calling after hours, a human voice would answer the call and take any messages. I had no emergencies but had there been one there was someone available after hours to forward calls as was needed. Attorney Brown presented my options clearly and was careful not to predict any probable outcomes, but to inform me clearly of the possible outcomes. It gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision on how to proceed. He came back with a deal that was beyond my best hope after the postponed initial court date, and successfully renegotiated a counter offer, which was accepted. He was able to get the case, a Class B Felony, dismissed. There is no doubt in my mind, that my life would be significantly altered by this if Attorney Brown had not successfully (and in my mind miraculously) defended me against the charges I was facing. His professional network of contacts and years of experience and familiarity with the legal system of Clark County are an immeasurable asset in any criminal defense case. His integrity; the professionalism of his office, and the personal touch and communication from all, made a difficult ordeal an easier process to undergo. Each case has its own set of circumstances and likely outcomes, but as far as my case went. I cannot say enough about how grateful I am that I chose Attorney Brown to represent and defend me. He appeared on my behalf in court twice and all meetings were over the phone as this was happening during the 3rd wave of the pandemic. I didn’t have to be anywhere or go anywhere throughout the entire process. That’s a game changer for anyone who doesn’t or can’t drive. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I’m forever grateful to Attorney Brown and his team.

I would like to begin by saying “Thank you Mr. Brown” you were truly heaven sent. My son was charged with several counts of sexual assault, kidnapping, sex trafficking and assault; all against a minor and facing more than 100 years in prison. Mr. Brown fought vigorously for my son and was able to get him out on house arrest while fighting his case. Mr. Brown was able to get all of the charges dropped and plea bargained down to one charge. Instead of prison time, my son received probation and does not have any sexual charges on his record (which would have meant that he would have to register as a sex offender for the remainder of his life). One of the other traits that I love about Mr. Brown is that he always kept it 100% real. He didn’t sugar coat anything. He was always honest and straight forward.
