I retained Mike Horvath to work on a smaller personal matter of mine, and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and follow-through. He is knowledgeable, personable, and easy to work with - I feel like the guy knows everybody in Las Vegas, and it is easy to see why people are drawn to him. He is a good guy, man of his word, and a strong attorney who treats his clients like family and takes defense of his clients personally. Highly recommend!

Best defense in the state. Only a fool would go into court without an attorney. It is even more foolish to go into court with the wrong attorney. Turco and Draskovich " Kick Ass". They know what they're doing and will protect your rights. The working people need these guys to protect their rights. Talk to Turco and Draskovich. Not the cops...

I retained the private services of this lawyer on 2002 when he was associated to another very well known and experienced lawyer. I actually tried to hire the other lawyer, but he passed the case to Mr. Gowdey. Well, he did nothing for me except taking more than $3,000 in legal fees. To my surprise, he was rather on the side of the prosecutor. Instead of defending me in court, it all points to the fact that he negotiated with the prosecutors against my best interests. He did not accomplish absolutely nothing in my favor. Not a single thing that I can say my money was well spent. I was actually on my own and at the mercy of the prosecutors. The prosecution overcharged me as they always do and got away with more than they normally do in those cases. I was broke at the time and could not afford changing lawyers, so I had to take whatever they wanted. I will never forget this experience in my life. Where is justice? I thought lawyers were there to defend their clients and not using them as bargaining chips . Something like, I will give up on this client on condition that you give up on another client who is perhaps paying more money, or is a more important case. Sorry, but that was the impression I had of the whole process. I was totally nauseated.You did not demonstrate to me that you were up for justice and the right thing to do, and actually defended me. You went along with the flow. Mr. Gowdey, karma sometimes get back to you. I hope some day you change your ways and become a real an honorable lawyer, and above all a man of integrity. Don't follow the crowd of indecent lawyers that have made the judicial system a circus and justice available only to the super rich minority. Justice was not done in my case! PS. I read the answer of the lawyer. This lawyer does not even know the name of the substance I was charged for. It was not certainly methamphetamine. And he also forgot that the prosecutors did not have any material evidence to file charges. I was forced to plead guilty after one year of incarceration at the Clark County Detention Center because I did not have enough money to pay a real lawyer to fight in my defense.

Robert has been my attorney on a couple of occasions and also represented my daughters interest in the negotiation of a settlement, he is a stellar attorney and his staff is helpful. I'd recommend him to anyone in need of highly effective representation.
