I hired, Robert M. Draskovich, for a DUI4 with SBH. This attorney made a lot of promises, but after he was paid 2,500 he never returned my calls. I went into the office and I asked him if he had defended people for the same exact charges and he assured me that he had defended many clients for the same issue. I made it very clear that he needed to speak Spanish and provide and make sure he requests an interpreter in the court room. I made it very clear that he had to have constant communication with me. This attorney never returned my calls. I could not get the office to return my calls. The first court date I called the office and they gave me the wrong date and they said if it is not the correct date Robert Draskovich will call you. No calls of course. The day of court he did not request an interpreter and he did not speak Spanish. I would not recommend this attorney. This attorney had zero skills in the courtroom. Robert Draskovich stood up and started stuttering and turning red, lost his thought and ended up walking off, he walked back and instead of asking for minimum time he said well you know how to sentence judge you have been doing this for a long time. Robert did not fight, argue, negotiate at all, he was shaking and looked as if he was hung over himself. This lawyer tried to tell me he may be able to win simply because he knew all the judges and I was not sure what to think about that. I am not bitter or upset because he was defeated in court I was just astonished that he did not do anything in court and he even allowed the Prosecutors office to give evidence that was not correct. Robert Draskovich had almost 2 months to get to know the entire case and he should of known the facts. Please do not use this attorney. With first time offenses I am sure he could be of some use, but any attorney could do the same thing. If you are looking for someone who is good in the courtroom and actually returns your calls this is not the attorney for you. I called and asked questions after the court hearing and still no calls back. I finally got a hold of the receptionist and she was rude. They took my money and ran.

Extremely good in court. More worried about beating the charges than being my best friend. I was facing eight felonies (one a potential life sentence). Because of Draskovich I walked on all eight. I've hired other lawyers in the past. Best lawyer by far.

Mr. Draskovich has handled two cases for me now and both times I was totally relieved by his level of knowledge and his application of the knowledge to my case. He is a busy man and I believe it's because he is so good at what he does, so you have to be willing to schedule your appointments and make them rather than calling on a whim and being upset if he is busy. I like his staff, they are friendly and also patient. His partner John Turco was also willing to help when Robert was unavailable. Thank you guys for doing such a good job for me!

Robert Draskovich is a well respected, professional attorney. Hiring Robert guarantees you the best defense you can get. I am some what of a needy client, sometimes requiring a lot of one on one attention from my attorney. He has now represented me on multiple cases and still always gives me the time and respect and personal attention I require. He came highly recommended to me and I'm highly recommending him to you.

Mr. Draskovich has handle multiple cases for me stemming from probation violation all of which he got dismissed and he even represented me on my release from lifetime supervision. Robert is rank one of the top 100 trial attorneys in the US and his time like most lawyers is very valuable and very busy. If you have had multiple dealing with attorneys as I have you will find most of the preliminary documents and court appearances are handled by a paralegal or assistant attorney as is the case with Mr. Draskovich. Thus he can be difficult to pin down or get a call back however on the date of any hearing with potential significant to my case he was present and had a great rappor with judge and other attorneys. His experience and knowledge and priceless and well worth whatever he charges you...

Robert Draskovich, is pithy, prudent, professional and creative, with a working knowledge of the protocol his profession demands. Folks, this guy cleans up what the other so-called "best" lawyer's can't achieve!!! He should charge about seven times the amount that he request's, because he's that good! Look at his record along with his achievement's because in just !5 short year's he's set a new bar for the rest of the world to reach. I will be retaining him for an illegal search and seizure case this week ending 01/19/2013.
