I am out of state but I had a problem with a Las Vegas connection. I contacted Wooldridge Law and was pleasantly surprised when I was able to speak directly with Nicholas. Neither he nor I were overly confident of recovering my property, but the persistence of Nicholas and his staff paid off with a full recovery. I used them from out of state to deal with .. we will just call it a family crisis. I called late on a weekday (about 10p their time). An office lady answered and was extremely polite. She took down a good amount of information in a short amount of time and later connected me to Cesar who just went above and beyond with his communication and explaining everything to me. I really liked that he had a plan in place and explained that plan before even getting to the money (they worked with us, too. Very honest and up front). Once we were in direct communication with Nick, he got the plan in motion on a much needed time crunch. Nick's team is truly amazing. He runs one tight, well oiled machine and every step of the process was organized and very time efficient, I was truly amazed. Cesar was just truly unreal, complete pro and he even followed up after the fact to check in on my family. Any time I called he answered and I really appreciate how structured and organized he is.
