I was referred to James by a friend after my car was totaled and I was having a difficult time dealing with the at fault drivers auto insurance. James called me back right away and started working on my case. His diligence, follow up and communication skills are top notch! I was personally updated by James every step of the way. He made sure I was taken care of physically and I was fairly compensated for my medical bills and received the funds needed to replace my vehicle. I could not have ben more satisfied with the outcome.
