Good experience with your information

I reached out to this law firm around May 2024, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and unprofessional. Initially, I was assigned to an attorney who left the firm shortly afterward. I was not informed of this change until five months later, when I called to follow up on my case. I was then assigned to a new attorney, but she was completely unaware that she had been assigned to my case. She showed little to no interest or regard for my situation, which was incredibly disheartening. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was glaring. Based on my experience with their handling of employment law, I question their professionalism in other areas as well. It felt like asking an unqualified individual to represent me, rather than a knowledgeable legal professional. I do not recommend this law firm. While they may present themselves well initially, my experience was a complete waste of time.
