Alex Vail, Vail is such a awesome person!! Him and his assistance are amazing always on top of everything and making sure everything is going good with yourself and your case. thank you Alex for everything you have done. Alexander Vail handled my N-400. I had two arrests (one for battery, domestic violence) on my record and there was a little issue concerning continuance presence in the US within 5 years and was seeking a fee waiver. I talked to one prominent lawyer prior to retaining Alex and was told the fee waiver will be denied. Alex agreed to submit a fee waiver without hesitation and it was granted. So Alex saved me lots of money. I guess the other one just did not feel like doing extra work. Alex said it will take a year for me to get my interview. And a year it took. The others I consulted lied to me by saying it will take about 6 months. The whole experience of being a client of this law office was awesome. Alex prepared me for my interview and my application for US citizenship was approved. That was the happiest day of my life, truly. My Mom told me to thank Alex. We hired Mr. Vail to obtain naturalization for my mother, and he did a phenomenal job overall. Anytime that we needed to speak with him over the phone, needed in person consultation or simply had a question to ask over text or email, him and his assistant were on top of it! The entire process was simple, streamlined and efficient; it helps that anything he needs to communicate he does it with excellence. My mother who is more comfortable speaking Spanish had no trouble communicating with Mr. Vail. My mothers process happened quickly, a lot quicker than any of us expected. In summary, Mr. Vail and Miss. Gensler are absolutely incredible - couldn't of chosen a better team!
