Kimber helped with a complex child custody case. From the very first consult and throughout the case, she listened to me and would ask how I felt about things, even emails, before sending them to opposing counsel. She was very empathetic and quick to respond (I love their my case system!) She always gave me honest feedback about realistic expectations or what she thought we should and shouldn’t try. She is very knowledgeable and realistic. Not only does she know the law and understand how judges operate, she is strategic and knows when to be tough, and when she will catch more bees with honey. That is something special! Near the end of my case, she tried to wait and save me money on potentially unnecessary work vs trying to get every penny she could. Overall she was able to get my case settled with desirable outcomes for me. Will use her again for any future litigation. I hired Kimber to help with divorce case after I parted ways with my original attorney when just after two months my wife took me back to court.
