I called them I asked a simple question to the receptionist what is your consultation fee he was so rude he said I don’t know I’m not sure I said OK he said I will pass on your information to an attorney and they will reach back out to you I asked him what is the estimate timeframe that they will reached back out to me considering I do work and I do not wanna missed a call from the attorney I’m not sure what our they’re gonna call what day they’re going to call so I’m asking the gentleman was very rude he said I don’t know I don’t know what I said so you don’t know the estimated wait time for them to reach back out to their clients or potential clients he was very rude again and said I don’t know and he hung up in my face I called back he answered the phone and hung up on me again I was not yelling at him nor being Rude I was simply calling to become a potential client that was very rude very unprofessional I would not recommend this place to anyone. I believe as a receptionist you should have information regarding the business you work for the fact that he was being so rude and kept saying I don’t know made me feel unsure that I should even consider doing business with them if I can give them zero stars I would
