Contacted this group re a PI involving dogbite injuries sustained by my spouse. Intake person Chris reached out by text message. Called Chris and provided information to him relative to the incident and requested that he send me a copy of their contingency agreement via email and also that he have an attorney (Jacob Levitt) contact me directly. He requested photo's be texted of the injuries sustained which I provided. Subsequently I recieved a series of texts from him which were obviously meant for an internal recipient which included a photo of an intake sheet with inaccurately recorded information on it's face. Texts were rather cavalier in demeanor. I contacted Chris subsequently and indicated I was no longer interested in thir services "You're Fired". Pretty sad that a plaintiff group doesn't have competent help at intake. If they cant handle intake properly what are they going to screw up in representation. First impressions are a deal breaker for me... Recommend you steer clear!

I retained the Las Vegas Defense Group for representation in my case. I was charged with embezzlement of an automobile $3500+ because a car I leased for a friend was never returned. They assigned an attorney to my case that didn't do ANYTHING. She didn't even ask my side of the story. Like she didn't even care that the situation was devastating to my career. I'm a healthcare worker and in this state, if charged and convicts for a list of various crimes, including embezzlement, I couldn't work for 7 years in the field. This was my first time having any run in's with the law, so I figured having representation would be my best bet to keep such a charge off my record. Throughout the proceedings there was NO communication. When there was, I'd ask questions pertaining to my defense, such as speaking with the substation where I filed the stolen vehicle report. Her response, which I will NEVER forget, "Oh, you reported the car stolen?" This was a detail that I told her when the court proceedings started. So the woman didn't even listen to what I had to say when I decided she needed to know my side of things. After that I tried going down to the office to fire that attorney. I spoke with an office manager, who's idea of managing was giving this particular attorney excuses for her actions. I argue with this manager for about 30 minutes with no satisfaction that my wishes would be carried out. At the end of our meeting, he promised that my representation would "shape up" and I'd be satisfied with her performance. So I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO FIRE MY REPRESENTATION AND GET NEW COUNSEL WITHIN THE GROUP!!! Needless to say, what should have been a cake walk and a warning for me turned out to be a nightmare. Not only was I unhappy with the "deal" that I was advised to take (misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct), I AM STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH MY RECORD 2 YEARS AFTER THE CASE CLOSED. THE BOTCHED NOT ONLY THE REPRESENTATION PART OF MY CASE BUT THEY TOOK THEIR SWEET TINE FILING AMENDED PAPERWORK FOR MY CHARGES AND RECORD. Now that my career has been flushed because of my decision to hire this law group, I cannot pass a simple background check to rent an apartment. BOTH my felony/gross misdemeanor AND misdemeanor charges come up as convictions. To make matters worse, when I go to look up my case, it was reassigned in July 2018 when I thought my case closed in January 2018. I am trying to expunge my record and CANNOT because it hasn't been 2 years yet. It would have been 2 years if it had been handled properly and all paperwork been filed with the courts in a timely manner. So career ruined and can't even get myself an apartment because of the incompetence of this law group!

Las Vegas defense group helped with 4 past traffic tickets I had that went to warrant and Las Vegas defense group was quick to help with this issue. They quickly solved my problem I had and are quick to response to any questions. I would highly recommend them. I have recently contacted them again and they was super happy to hear a fast response from them and worked quickly to get me answers.

Because, every time I need a Lawyer on google search in Las Vegas, NV. their website kept pupping up. every time i fill in my informations and what i need a lawyer for. they never reached back to me period. They deserved zero star. but they are lucky that I give them one star.

Hello, my name is Veronica . & I would review this Las Vegas defense group a five. Even though I didn’t retain their services. My case is as follows: my dad was requesting Gardening services from a person who provides service to one of my neighbors and he asked to see the space where My dad needed service. My dad said it was in my backyard. That My dad would first have to restrain my German Shepard/husky dog to prevent the dog from running around or jumping on him while he examine the site of service. He agreed my dad tied my dog. Walked back to the fence to invite the Gardner in then realize my dog had freed himself from his leash and as my dog ran towards as to greet them the gardener panicked and shoved my dad in front of him and continued to shove him back and fourth instead of stepping outside the fence. So my dog at this point was in protective mode and bit the Gardner in his stomach. I immediately ran outside and became aware of the situation and called 911 and the dog pound and reports where made . Pictures were taken. Later the gardener filed a lawsuit stating that my dog bit his face and neck and stomach and that he’s “traumatized “ and needs $15,000 to relieve himself . However in the reports and pictures taken that day there is only his true report of exactly what happened that day which is he got bit once and slightly in the stomach cops determined and the dog pound determined it to be minor and so im going in to court for a dismissal for the one bite rule Nevada has . In which the law group informed me about. Since my dog has never bitten anyone ever and My dad did not act with negligence. My dad did restrained my dog but he managed to free himself and this unfortunate event occurred. So I’m hoping to get this case dismissed.
