I had the worst experience Las Vegas Defense Group. I only ever talk to the lawyer once. The staff did not reach out to me ever. I had to call and text multiple times. They let bills going to collections. I did not contact any of the medical building and allowed for things to go to collections. Then when it was time to pay bills, they said it is up to me to pay for whatever went to collections. I had anxiety about the company since the case has been extended for over a year. I’ve been lied to and called the car insurance company on my own to get the truth then finally what I have a request was done by Las Vegas Defense group. I will probably get another lawyer to proceed with what needs to be done or find some other way to resolve my issue that Las Vegas Law Defense Group did not resolve. in the end, Las Vegas Defense Group transferred my case to BigHorn Law and never spoke a word to me again about the mistake and anything that was wrong. I feel that Las Vegas Defense Group just took my case to get the 33% but it absolutely no work and then pass case on to BigHorn law. Please shop around before you choose this law firm.
