Came into the office for a traffic ticket I received. Everyone in the office was very nice and very reasonable on their pricing. They fixed my ticket in no time!! I highly recommend.

Have had the absolute most dreadful experience with this company. It has been two years dealing with them, nothing has happened, they’ve lied to me about the details of my case, they NEVER reach out or return my calls, ignore any means of me reaching out to them, lie and tell me they’re going to do things... a week has passed and they haven’t done it. I’ve had two case managers so far; Geraldine is the one I’m dealing with now. And, she is always telling me she’s sick, or out, can’t be bothered to update me, ignores me on a regular basis regardless of how much time passes; could be 2 weeks or 2 months, she will still ignore you. The only tim she was was ever adamant about reaching out is when she needed money for a deductible I shouldn’t have even been responsible for, and was extremely rude about it; berated me and made me feel bad. Avoid them like the plague!! You will be ignored and lied to!! These are stressful matters that should be handled with professionalism and care! And, Las Vegas Defense Group will not do that!!

Called them Friday evening, received a phone call Saturday setting up an appointment over the phone with an attorney on Sunday. It is Monday afternoon and no one bothered to call, wasted my time.

Love love love them they are very good at what they do. If you are dealing with criminal and don't hear from them don't worry. No news is better than some news anything else just call until you get what you are looking for they are an amazing firm and they WILL get the job dome for you don't count them out

My attorney Michael Castillo and my case manager Geraldine Coronado along with her assistant Krizia, worked hard to get the best settlement for me possible. Ready to move on and put this behind me, but overall very happy with the outcome. Great team!
