I was in a horrible accident and I was injured really bad. The physical scars are there but the emotional scars are even worse. I didnt know what to do. I'm a business owner and my business is solely reliant on me. If I cant work I dont make money. I was scared to death. I didnt know what to do. I dont have anyone. David at Las Vegas Defense Group has been there for me from the second I called him.I honestly dont know what would have happened if I didnt pickup my phone and call. He has helped me in every way to be on the road to get better. He made sure I received the medical attention I needed and am still receiving. I have multiple injuries that require medical care or I would have died. The unbelievable emotional damage from being trapped under a boat where I surely would have died if it were not for the people who found us has effected me so badly. David has put me with all the right doctors so that I am going to be ok. I was treated at the hospital for my injuries and basically just thrown out with knowone to turn to. David was so fast to respond and got me to the doctors I desperately needed immediately. He is the most caring kind man and I am so gratful for him. He goes over and beyond what anyone could expect to make sure you are taken care of. He has a staff that all works together to make sure anything you need you is taken care of. I can not imagine where I would be if it wasnt for him. I would have lost my business and probably worse my life. Based on really bad experience with this law firm due to their negligence and unprofessional attorneys and receptionist. They booked an appointment for me around 2 o’clock when had to go to work at the time and then when I arrived at the office they were in a meeting or with another case that supposedly would last longer than usual so none of the attorneys were available to talk to me I went in having an appointment I was told I had to reschedule for the following day the following then comes and once I arrive to the office no one was there only people making chances to the office; my case manager or attorney no where to be found. Then a girl walked up and I told her who I was and she said there’s nothing on the schedule at all I asked her for the WiFi password and then she stated we don’t have it.. I said it says public WiFi do you have it or don’t know it at that time that girl seemed like she was having a bad day she replied if you do not calm down you will be kicked out? I payed a lot of money to this law firm for them to drop my case without reaching out to me via phone calls nor regular mail. We had payments arrangements then they just decided to drop my case when I told them I was going thru a rough time? I texted my case manager and he told me he would be alone all night to go over for drinks to see what we could come up with etc I did not feel comfortable with that so I replied the following morning and never again did I receive a call back or anything. The consequences of them dropping my case was an arrest warrant; my cousin being charged at and chased due to the fact the bounty hunters though he was me for that warrant. I will be seeking reimbursement for their services that where not rendered based on the contract other then just showing up to court once saying “NOT GUILTY” I could had done that and saved $1800 out of the $2,500 they charged me for. Anyone seeking legal help keep looking don’t get fooled by these other good reviews be aware!!

Jessica sellers was absolutely amazing I wouldn’t have ask for anyone else. Living in Massachusetts and having her out in Vegas representing my case I couldn’t have trusted a better person. She always answered my calls at office or out if she didn’t witch was rare she always texted me or called me back or emailed within the next 1-2 days ! She was understanding and helpful and intelligent! She sent me all the court information I needed to clear and squash a case I had she sent me the sites and information in steps witch was easy she was there for any question I had every step of the way! If anyone needs a attorney or paralegal please go to Jessica sellers u will not be dissapointed!!
