I'd recommend her to anyone looking for resolution prior to litigation all the way to day-to-day legal advice. She is an intelligent full spectrum attorney that delivers results.

Rachel Shelstad recently represented me in a real estate transaction. The deal was difficult and without Rachel's help it would not have closed. She tracked down a party to the transaction in a foreign country, found a notary in that country to prepare documents, and arranged for a certified translation of the those documents in order for my deal to close. This was all done under great time constraints. Rachel was tenacious, determined, resourceful, and brilliant! She is a great, great, lawyer!

Rachel literally held our hand through the process of losing a family member in death. From beginning to end, she kept us informed on how things were proceeding, what to do next, being super accessible, and prompt to get us what we needed when we needed it. She never rushed us, giving us all the time we needed to to make sure we left satisfied from all our questions. Not to mention, she's very patient, and approachable with children.
