Paul Padda definitely is a great lawyer because he doesn't just care about winning the case, but he genuinely cares about his clients and wants to help them out in the best way possible as well. He was very kind and very diligent with my case. He also listened to my concerns and needs with my car accident in terms of my health/recovery, which is super important to me. I met Paul Padda back in January 2017 after I received my right to sue letter from the EEOC and was looking an attorney to handle my employment discrimination case. Mr. Padda was extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional during our consultation. I read that he was a former prosecutor and had a lot of experience in the courtroom, you definitely don't want an attorney that just wants to settle your case. He didn't sugar coat anything and told me exactly what outcome to expect regarding my case. The deadline to file my lawsuit was soon approaching and Paul took my case so that it could be filed on time but informed me that he was extremely busy and was starting a new trial the following month (a case which settled for $165+ million). I decided to look for another attorney and Paul was really helpful with the transition. The case was eventually settled for a dollar amount very close to what Paul predicted it would settle for during our consultation. That type of knowledge comes from experience and from someone who has both settled cases through Early Neutral Evaluation and also taken cases to trial. I've kept in touch with Paul throughout the years and have met with him a few times for legal advice on other matters. He was always eager to help and would always return my emails or phone calls within a day. Paul Padda Law moved to a new and bigger location on Decatur sometime early last year and is now focusing more on personal injury law. He and his friendly staff have always treated me with kindness and respect and they make you feel like you're part of a family, not just a client. I highly recommend Paul Padda Law for all your personal injury claims as they put their clients first and will work with you to design a winning strategy for your case. These guys discriminate against there clients. It isnt right. I waited quite some time to meet Mr. Padda and when confronted he said I could leave from his office and not return. Well...this isnt what you want to hear in your time of need. Dont talk to these guys if at all possible. And remember, people can buy positive reviews, just look at amazon!

I switched to Cohen and Padda to work with Paul Padda as I was not getting the attention and results in regards to doctors referrals and the doctors they recommended from my previous lawyer. A friend recommended I reach out to Paul to get his opinion on my legal issues. I went into the office to sit down with Paul to discuss. He gave me some guidance and did not pressure me to switch. The visit was complimentary and he told me to contact him in the future if I wanted to work with him. I later contacted him and he helped transfer my case over. I have been working with Paul Padda and his paralegal Ashely Pourghahreman for a few months now, they have been fantastic!
