Ernie got me into a doctors office and treated within an hour of meeting him and had me start physical therapy within a couple days of my accident. He really knows what he’s doing and isn’t afraid to stand up to the insurance companies. He settled my case in in under 8 months and got me more money than I ever expected to see. His staff is extremely helpful and I would highly recommend Ernie to anyone who needs an attorney. Ernie is the man!!!

Biggest idiot in las vegas. Girlfriend had two protruding discs in her back, dragged us along for 6 months promising everything under the sun, ended up getting less than we spent on the case. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay away from this moron.

I can not speak to how Ernest does, but his associate, Chris Aaron, is a joke! This guy has ruined my family law case with a lack of execution, organization, or listening skills. He then proceeded to pad my bill, and stack his fees for work he never did. I made a complaint to the offices about it so they terminated me as a client and have royally screwed me with a month to go before my trial. The list goes on and on with this law firm! Stay away from this place! I'm escalating my case to the Nevada state BAR.

I was referred to Ernest Buche by my friend. I needed a Bankruptcy done fast Ernie was awesome. He walked me through the whole process and let me know my options. His rates are great there are no hidden fees, just a flat rate. Yvette, his Bankruptcy girl was amazing she let me know everything I needed to do and what documents needed to be provided. She was so nice and very thorough and efficient . They just made the whole process so easy. I wish I had gone to Ernie for my personal injury case. I was referred to Ernest for my personal injury case. I was concerned because I am mainly speak Spanish. However, my significant other uses Ernest for his legal problems and he translates for me. I was injured and there wasn’t enough insurance money to get anything because of medical bills. I have had friends complain about other attorney’s in town taking the money and leaving them with nothing. Ernie told me about his Lemon Rule which mean he doesn’t take more than the client. Ernest worked my case for me and split the fees with me, which represented a significant amount of money.
