Ernie is a great Attorney. I have been using him for the last 16 yrs. I've used him for my Bankruptcy, my stepson has used him for family court child custody issues, my husband has used him for the same. He is very honest, sometimes a little too honest but he gets the job done right. And if he cant do it he will refer you to someone who can. His prices are very reasonable, and his staff is great and very friendly. You feel like family when your done. I always recommend him to all my family and friends.

Had used other attorneys on referral in the past, who charged 40%. My wife had a car accident. Mr. Buche charged WAY less than that, and frankly, did a much better job than any previous attorney I have retained in the past. I am very pleased with our accident settlement, got all our medical bills paid, and Mr. Buche even negotiated a bit more money as well. Called with some questions as a creditor in bankruptcy and spoke to their office. No attorney momentarily available but my call was returned within the hour. The attorney I spoke with was well informed and very cordial. He answered all of my questions. When I asked if I owed anything for the telephonic visit, he replied absolutely not.
