This is only my second experience with a lawyer and this one came to me out of pure panic. I went through a lot this past December with getting into an accident on the freeway while having an asthma attack. I rear ended a car, totaling my vehicle and the car I rear ended hit the car in front of them! To top it off I was given a ticket for "Failure with due care." Naturally I googled it and in the state of Nevada the first thing that came up said "possible jail time" and "misdemeanor". So naturally I freaked out with everything else that was going on. Long story, short. I was referred to David Menocal at DeCastroverde Law for everything and what do I have to say about him. What isn't there to say? He was very timely and courteous. This experience makes me less anxious to have to seek out legal advice in the future. His thoroughness and ability to put me at ease for things I was worried about was spot on. Here we are in April and Mr. Mencol hasn't missed a beat. For anybody that ever asks me if I know a lawyer I'm definitely referring them to David specially at DeCastrovede. I just want to thank you David again. December was a difficult one for me. You made it easier for me by handling the accident issues for me while I took care of my other personal things going on. Which helped tremendously. I don't know how I would have got through the end of 2017 without you.

Normally when you decide to see a lawyer you need there feedback and help, I went in for a paid consultation and the information that they gave me was the same thing that I had found online, we asked for opinions and the had none, it was a waste of time and money, my recommendation is to research several law firms before wasting time.

I can't express how happy we are with the immigration Attorney and team. They helped us through everything step by step from start to finish. Immigration can be very overwhelming but they made it so much easier.

I told them about my case, was instructed to wait for a call back after they reviewed it with an attorney. It has now been 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from them. I guess they did not even care enough to call me back to tell me they were not going to help me.
