But the immigration department is not for the HISPANIC COMMUNITY I was with Eric Palacios Associates with 4 years this year was time for my DACA renewal I had called them last month to see how much would my application would be and will they Accommodate my needs with one particular paralegal that is very rude. Her name is Karina, she has the worst customer service and very disrespectful. The head of immigration CASE manager say “yes they will help me out.” So on Monday 4/15 I called and try to set an appointment to renew my DACA. No one was allegedly on the office, nor had audacity to meet up with me and “Drop me” I spoke to Giovanni he called me @ 5pm to say Eric Palacios Associates will not be moving forward with me due to conflict of interest. Now I had requested a hard copy of my file allegedly they do not have it anymore and that all documents were shredded. I want the actual Eric Palacios Associates to tell me why does he claim he is for the Hispanic community when his departure of Immigration doesn’t care!
