Been trying to get in contact with him for months. We hired him and payed him. Can’t even get a new lawyer because mr Lucas has not answered his phone to give permission to pass the case. Very disappointed in him. Things were very good. And then he stop talking to us. Went by the office they said he wasn’t taking guests or was in court.

Tenant Landlord issues are relatively tedious and intrinsic under relative circumstances. I was recently involved in one such issue and felt powerless at the discretion of my landlord. Well versed in this area of law my landlord was taking full advantage of my ignorance and my willingness to resolve the issue civilly.
