They don’t know how to communicate and never update you. They don’t know how to do their jobs and expect the clients to do all the work for them. They were suppose to take care of everything and now it turns out we’re being sent to collections and have to come up with money to pay a ticket they SAID they would take care of. Do not waste your time here and go somewhere where they actually do their jobs

They wrote all my information wrong, then tried to reach me saying my payment did not go through, I give again my information and never sent me the confirmation in my email, I check my bank statement and the money was charged, I call when it supposed to have the meeting and they say I needed to pay again, after sending proof of the money was sent through my bank account because I never receive my confirmation email or invoice they agree to have the meeting. At the meeting, the only answer I got is to go and search for the answer on GOOGLE the thing I was asking the lawyer. WORST $100 spent. DONT work with these lawyers! Still, no invoice was sent for the money I send!
