This has only part to do with stacey, It's the review of the firm to date. (I'll update once all is over) I'm currently usuing Right lawyers for a child custody case. I'm a stay at home mom, and my husband is active military,. We live outside the jurisdiction of nevada, but my case is being held there. So I hired RIGHT LAWYERS because of the positive military review. I have had two retainers. One in which was smooth, informative, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on all decisions made with approval on my behalf. (Laura) Nothing was done unless it was ran and throughly discussed by/with me (as law intends). I FULLY enjoyed the service. I paid 3,500$ and I felt it was well spent for everything Laura did. (She spoke a language I could understand, let me know I hired her to do a job, and my goals and intrest were top priority. She had an open line of communication and understood these cases can be very stressful and draining. She kept me informed EVERY step of the way. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. Then theres the new retainer.... (theres a previous 1 star review on here, and I'm experiencing the EXACT same things although I've agreed to pay the money asked of me) The military community has even come together to help fundraise for my cause for "keeping military family's together" both in vegas in alaska. So that my family doesnt go without the basics. ( we sold most our belongings to meet the needs of our case financially and have been recognized for our efforts) All I am asking is for RIGHT LAWYERS to do is the services I've agreed to pay with my families best interest in mind. Without threats that would cause undue hardship, pressure, and unusual demands. I am a mom, spouse, human, volunteer, & daughter. I'm 24 years old and I did not ask to be put in this situation, but you've agreed to help me get thorugh it. My voice is important.

Throughout my divorce Stacy and her staff were very proactive and available. I appreciated the professional manner that my case was given. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

Stacy Rocheleau shows a genuine caring for families and the well-being of children. We have had her resolve two different family custody type cases. I was given Stacy's name as a great attorney when I was looking at getting divorced. My wife and I initally wanted to use the same attorney to mediate the settlement. After meeting with Stacy, she was very good to sit down with and answered all of the questions I had during our consult. Due to some trust issues my wife had with me, she went with her own attorney to assist her with the mediation and Stacy continued on with me. We were able to mediate our divoce settlement in her office over about 6 hrs. Stacy was super to work with and was up front with all the information. She walked me through the mediation process and I could not be happier with her service. With her experiance, it was nice to have her opinion on what she felt the judge would rule on the issue and because of this, we were able to work out a fair settlement in my opinion. If any one is considering a divorce, I would highly recommend Stacy and the staff at "The Righ Lawyers"

When you find something good or in this case "someone" good, the polite thing to do is to tell anyone and everyone that will listen what you've found. Stacy is without a doubt one of the best if not THE best attorney to handle child custody cases. My situation seemed liked a huge mountain to me but through it all Stacy managed to put everything in perspective and carefully and compassionately helped guide me to a resolution. I recently moved to Las Vegas and was 9 months into a process of trying to settle or divorce my spouse. Nothing was ever brought to a conclusion and the system was set up for lawyers to push paper and bill hours. I was “screened” by four practices here in Las Vegas and provided inconsistent and confusing advice. After speaking on the phone to Rock R and then meeting with Stacy I felt I had received a fair appraisal of my situation and options. On top of that I was not made to feel like this process was about money. Right Lawyers was not inexpensive but they were straight with me as to the cost and process that would get me to a satisfactory conclusion. A large part of the frustration everyone feels during this process is the lack of access to attorney and their staff. My experience with Right Lawyers is they are available to answer questions and do a reasonable amount of hand holding as part of the client lawyer relationship. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a reasonable straightforward and compassionate law firm to represent you in a divorce proceeding.

I choose Stacy based on this AVVO website according to her "star" rating and how many of her clients took the time to write reviews. I feel so fortunate that my instincts were correct as I could not have been more satisfied with my interactions with her and her office staff. My relationship with Ms. Rocheleau was an initial consultation to discuss paperwork for a divorce. With her professionalism and expertise, I was able to negotiate with my husband in formulating a mutually agreeable divorce document using information and cited cases she furnished me during our consultation. What I appreciated most was her sincerity in providing me with information I would have never thought of during our brief time together. She also fielded a few follow-up emails from me for clarification after our meeting. Although I never needed to retain her services for a long drawn out divorce, if necessary I would have done so in a minute. What was also an added bonus was that my husband's atty knew Ms. Rocheleau and her excellent reputation in representing her clients. I never want to get a divorce again but I would highly recommend Ms. Rocheleau to anyone who needed council.

I definately recommend Right Lawyers...staff are very friendly they gave the warm feeling. They don't make you feel like a business deal. Stacy make sure that everything is done fair and that you understand every legal term. I thought it was really nice that she explained every legal term so I could understand. If I had questions she took time to explain and if I still didn't understand she gave me examples which I liked.

I just want to thank Stacy Rocheleau and her helpful team at Right Lawyers for a excellent job with my divorce/child custody case, if I should every need your service again I would surely call on your office, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Stacy Rocheleau was very helpful. She always took my phone calls (or promptly returned them) and was quick about answering all of my emails.
