Montserrat is amazing, this was the first time I have ever been in this situation so I was not familiar with how things went but she explained everything to me where it was understandable. She is very polite, kind, and understanding. Jamie is also a nice guy, and answers all of my questions and made this such an easy process. Thank you all for everything you did, I would definitely refer you all.

They acted in a professional manner. They had an extremely good medical doctor to treat my injuries. He was Dr. Hand. I recomend him highly. His staff is amazing and really cares about you and your injury. Bernstein advises you IN ADVANCE about the reality of what you can expect in settling your individual case. Then they understand your individual needs then they take promt action. Communication in any business is vital and they make that happen. You are not just a number with this law firm. I highly recommend them over trying to defend yourself. Note , Sabina is fantastic at communicating and should get a salary raise and a promotion.

I have to say that , i had an amazing experience with this office. I especially recommend them! I really liked how Sabina, one of the attorneys staff helped me throughout my case, I would always receive a call/ text response supper quick !!! I highly recommend them :)

I really like Brian Boyer. He’s a great lawyer and a cool guy in general. I want to be him when I grow up! No, but seriously, I’m satisfied with the service Bernstein & Poisson provided me throughout my car accident case. They were also very responsive when I called them from time to time, which I appreciate. Thanks again for your help; I’ll keep in touch should I experience another misfortune (knock on wood that I don’t).

This has been the most prolonged , unprofessional situation I've ever dealt with in my adult life. Jamie Corcoran and his assistant Laura Guerrero are very poor with service . These two do not respond until the feel ready . Many questioned I had in the beginning were answered with an "I don't know" , opposed to let me find out . When the settlement was finalized I never received a final call , thank you for you service, nothing just an email. When they received the money they immediately stopped accepting my calls even though I had questions pertaining to my case . My lawsuit check was issued via regular mail and had been lost . Although I spoke to the post office and they said it would have definitely been back already due to it being in the same state . I just keep being told to wait a coupld more days from the law office going on week now. when they told me they have the means to void and reissue but claim that will take to long . I see alot of great reviews so I won't bash the whole company but definitely don't waste your time and money with these two . Thank you and have a great day .

Brian and Sabina were great they help me settle my case very quickly and. I couldnt have ask for more i was very satisfied with the final dollar amount I would recommend to these guys to anyone

Dealing with Bernstein and Poisson was great! Everyone is extremely professional, courteous and attentive. I had to undergo some treatment and therapy and my contact at the office was always very helpful throughout the entire process.
