I was really surprised that I actually got a response from them and an explanation of what was going on with my case. I was represented by other attorneys that were not helpful so I'm really happy with Bernstein and Poisson and would highly recommend them in your time of need!

I was treated decent but feel things could have been much better. My first assistant would call me regularly to check up on me. See how i was doing, feeling, any questions and would update me every month. Once she left, all calls stopped and i had to do the checking in and calling. Most of us know retaining an attorney is costly (i would say approx.80 percent of clients are middle class), so we know in the end they will get their fair share , and they did do the leg work, but if someone is at fault and they have the minimum coverage, then i believe their fees should not be set in stone, but negotiated for the client to receive most of what the policies statutes are. Out of the attorney, my employer and myself, i received the less of all, and i'm the one to this day still living with the pain from the accident. Every case is different but fees and cost should not always be black and white, but use Grey at times.
