It took about three years to get my settlement, but it was fault of the insurance company I was getting the settlement from. But in the end, I received more than expected. I would recommend Bernstein & Poisson to anyone who has been involved in an accident. I was stopped at a red light and two vehicles collided in the intersection and both sound and hit my vehicle. It was totaled and I was hurt. Thank God there are Lawyers like these to help you when you least expect to need one. I can't thank them enough.

Got into an accident January last year and i was pass down from one case handler to another. I had to pick up my medical reports and bills from the chiropractor they recommended that they never contacted 2 months after my session was over. Basically hounding them to get any updates because they never call me. To this day, my case is not settle yet.

Everything went well and they helped a lot how ever through the process I wasn't given any updates. I called a few times to receive updates and was told I'd receive a call back but nothing. I'll recommend you but not knowing anything about the case added more stress to my load. Thank you
