I would highly recommend the services of Bernstein and Poisson. After my car accident I had no idea what to do. My car was totaled and I was in a lot of pain. I had no idea who to call or what to do. This being my first experience with a car accident I decided to call Bernstein and Poisson. They were quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had and were kind, patient and understanding. My attorney was Jaime C. and his Legal assistant was Laura G. They were excellent in communicating with me and keeping me updated on every step of the legal process. I am very grateful for their help with my case and appreciate them. Hopefully I will never have to experience such a scary situation again, but if it ever does, I know will definitely going back to Jaime and Laura for help. Thank you again Jaime and Laura!

I retained counsel for my father Carl Rizzo's case. It was a smaller case but we were always treated really great by Ashley. Everytime we called Ashley and the attorney always returned my phone call and would get answers to all of our questions. They all stayed very patient with my father as he would call regualry. During the litigation process all attorneys were present not someone who we never meet.
