I recently dealt with Jamie Corcoran Esq. He is an attorney working with Bernstein & Poisson. I must admit I do not have much knowledge dealing with attorneys or the legal system, but Mr. Corcoran made the experience as painless as possible. I always felt he had my best interest at heart and always stayed in contact with me. He was quite knowledgeable and had the ability to explain in layman's terms all of my legal questions. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do Mr. Corcoran will be my first phone call. D. Winicki

I am revising my review from a 1 Star to a 4 Star. I was originally assigned an attorney who was very helpful, but about midway through representing my case she left her position at the office. My case was then transferred to another attorney named Israel. He introduced himself in the very beginning, but then he completely disappeared. I left messages every few days for nearly 2 months asking for a status update on my case. Not 1 return phone call. At this point I started to regret hiring these guys. Even left messages I wanted a new attorney assigned. Still no calls, even from the partners. It took me threatening to file a complaint with the Bar before I finally received an email from Mr. Bernstein. I honestly believe he (Bernstein) may not have been receiving my complaints about Israel, but once he did I was reassigned to Amber as my new attorney. She was absolutely awesome and had a resolution in a very short period of time and met my expectations completely. If it wasn't for Israel being involved, I would have given this office, and especially Amber 5+ Stars. This turned out to be a really good office, but I would caution you to find out who is going to be assigned to your case first. It totally makes a difference in the how smoothly your case goes. Or how frustrated you will be. I know Amber can't take every case load, but I would definitely recommend her to the fullest. Thanks again Amber, you are the best!
