I worked with Ashley Hall whom is the Legal Assistant to Attorney Ryan Kerbow. Ashley was the upmost friendly and Professional person while handling my personal injury claim. If I ever need an Attorney in the future, I hope I work with Ashley again.

Terrible. I have been waiting almost 2 years for my settlement. They finally calle some band in November saying everything settled and it’s january and not a dime I’ve gotten yet. I call constantly and no one returns my calls. I would never recommend them. Update!!!! It’s been three weeks since I signed my release for a TINY amount of money due to the fact I was never told where / who to get treatment from when the accident first happened over 2 YEARS AGO. I keep calling and NO ONE returns my calls. They are TERRIBLE to their clients and make me chase them around for a VERY small amount of money. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. That’s how terrible they are.

I'm glad I saw the commercial on television - saying they would come to me, and I'm glad I made the call. I appreciate that Attorney, Brian Boyer was able to first come to my home as I wasn't able to drive after the accident I was in, and later made himself available to answer questions in person at the office. Brian Boyer and Jessica B. settled my case with better than expected results. Jessica was especially helpful, professional and courteous - - and most of all, she was compassionate. They made all the difference in the world in making sure my medical bills were paid, and then some. Insurance claims are complicated, and when you've been hurt it's hard to handle all the paperwork while trying to recover. I highly recommend Bernstein & Poisson. Most Sincerely, Lisa R.

The absolute WORST firm ever. I've gone through 2 attorneys (Roy who didn't seem interested in my case and didn't know who I was since I was passed down to him) due to their high turnover rate, 3 case managers, no communication, they said they'd call me back and never did for 3 weeks. Finally had enough and fired them. Went to another firm who actually cares. B&P allowed a lawsuit go from high six figures into arbitration without letting me (the client) know about it until I hired another law firm. Oh, and they don't have a problem charging you $500.00 an hour for un-returned phone calls after leaving a message for a status update, letting me linger on for months on end. I'd give a NEGATIVE star rating if it were possible.
