I love this office. I didn't expect such personal service with B&P being such a big time law firm. However, each time I called, I was treated with respect; I was called back rather quickly by my attorney not just the paralegal. I was just extremely impressed with the service and will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you to Jamie Corcoran and Ginny for so being so wonderful to me.

I had a slip and fall accident and from the beggining I felt very comfortable with the firm! I was not pressured to sign up but I was just treated with a lot of respect and compassion. All of my questions were answered and Ashley has been there every step Of the way, taking her time to explain in detail the each stage of my case, returning my calls quickly and always communicating with my doctors and helping me get the best outcome on my settlement! First off I just want to say that the staff are extremely sympathetic to your medical problems and provide the best after care you can get to get you back to feeling better after your accident I liked that very much it wasn't just about getting me paid, but making sure I would recover faster. Then I really needed information about the process so the staff there are eager to get back to you quickly to explain everything step by step. They were attentive and courteous especially Christine Rosas she was just an absolute joy to meet so friendly and a professional who actually got me more money than I expected. Overall this law group is just what you need if you don't want to deal with these insurance companies. Thank you to Bernstein and Poisson I am feeling better and happy with my settlement.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I have had several interactions with attorneys, both professionally and personally. Most of my interactions could be described as mediocre at best. I can't speak for every legal team at Bernstein and Poisson, but Jamie Corcoran and Kiesha Harris are the best!!! They were very attentive to my case. They kept me updated throughout the process. They were easy to get a hold of for updates and treated me like I mattered. It was refreshing to have legal representation that made me felt like I was the priority! I would definitely use them again.

Bernstein and Poisson worked very well for me on my accident case, in particular Ashley. She returned my calls in a very timely manner, answered and addressed my concerns truthfully and was the consummate professional. In the end as well as throughout the process, I was very pleased.

This is the worst law firm ever we been waiting since dec 2017 the attorneys are rude never return a phone call I been dealing with them since dec I have never gotten a phone call from them they always say they will call back and never do when I call they know my phone number and do not answer I had to gather all my information such as medical records, bills whatever else they claim was holding the case up we’re dealing with Ryan then our attorney Miley quit and we was never informed Sandra start taking her place didn’t find out until months later smh
