This is the worst lawyers ever,they never kept in contact with me regarding my case, when I called it took them days to call me back,then they settled my case without my authorization, then found out the lawyer who settled quit. To make it worst I got nothing but change.dont recommend to no one look around.

My wife and I were rear ended last October 18, 2017. Bernstein & Poisson handled our case and we got our settlement check before 10 months. It was a little slow because my wife had to undergo more medical procedures for her injury. Otherwise, the case could have been settled earlier. Ms. Cristina Rosas was our case worker and I say, she is the BEST! She took care of us and updated us from time to time. For that, we give our 5-Stars to her. Keep it up, Cristina! This law outfit is all smoke and mirrors. They were my husband's attorney and the worst law firm I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They take your case and forget about you, promising to call you and never doing so. And Sean...don't get me started on Sean and his ridiculous attitude over so much of nothing work!~ And the settlements you see them advertise? ROFL We got a check for around $3500 after a year of their clinicians padding their bills. That's right! You read it correctly $3,500! Thirty-five hundred dollars for a knee injury from a slip and fall that will impact my husband's life the rest of his life, since he was in his late fifties when he fell. We would have done better negotiating with the insurance company ourselves, for that amount. Not sure who writes these reviews, but I suspect the positive ones are company originated, by our experience.

I was in a fender bender last year and was injured, but the police weren't called to the scene. I went to Bernstein and Poisson a few weeks after the accident and I am so glad that I did. The first time I called the law firm I spoke to Jack Bernstein and it was smooth sailing from there. The lawyer assigned to me was Sean Akari and he was very accommodating and friendly. He came to my home on a Saturday, during the middle of the day to meet with me. I was referred to a physical therapist for treatment and then to a pain institute where I received regular treatments for several months. After my treatment ended, they received enough money to cover all of my medical costs, provide an advance on my settlement and over $10,000 for the final payment. I couldn't have asked for more. Whenever I had an issue, I would reach out to my contact Jehvana and she always responded promptly to my concerns and questions. I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. I pray that I never have to go through anything like this again, but if I do, Bernstein and Poisson will be the law firm I call!
