Didn't help a veteran that had a slip and fall.
If you're interested in this company as the wife of the veteran.
Late, rude, and so full of themselves.
All about the $$$$$$.
Never seen a person all about the money not trying to help.
NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Terribly unsatisfied!! I had a Hit & Run. The people who hit me got their car repairied under my Ins, (as Jamie told me). The final settlement was $2,606 for me & $11,839.99 for the Attorney's. I see commercials all day long that other Attorney's specify they WON'T take for money that their clients. In still in terrible pain & I will have to live this way the rest of my life. WHERES THE JUSTICE?!

Bernstein and Poisson oversucceded my expectations. I had my mediation today not knowing what to expect. Jack Benstein and Scott Poisson were BOTH there and were extremely professional and sensitive to my case. They fought for me to get the highest settlement. It could not have gone any better.
