Working with Sean Akari EsQ and Jevhanna his assistant was a little puzzled at first but in the end they helped me very much during my hardships they were very caring and understanding they got me financial help while my case was pending which was relief while waiting i am very proud that I chose this law firm and was very suprise of outcome of the situation Sean was true to his word and everything you see on television advertising it is so true on the amount they fight so hard to settle your case. I'm a witness to that and i thank them from the bottom of my heart and Jevhanna is a sweetheart and Sean is a very brilliant lawyer and he is outstanding for this law firm.So choose them ,trust me they are good people as well as professional!!

Had a real hands off experience with Bernstein & Poisson, I had to go to the office on Jones Blvd maybe twice and they took care of the rest for me. GIECO placed a few hurdles in the way of the settlement so receiving a payment took a while but it did finally happen and I was happy with what I got, would recommend to anyone.

This firm kept me very happy. They kept me updated on my case. I really like it didnt take so long to finish my case. I will recomend to everyone, its the best.

Jennifer and Stephanie are two amazing woman I've ever met! They are on top of everything with returning phones calls and emails and getting your questions answer in time orderly fashion!

Don't waste your time with firm. They play the extremely immature phone game of letting the phone ring 10+ times before answering, putting you on hold for 5+ minutes before sending you to a voicemail that is full, putting you in hold forever in hopes that you will hang up and when you don't hang up they disconnect you. Then when you call back, ironically, the phone just rings and no one answers. Maybe that would work on someone who is clueless, but I'm an educated individual who was not born yesterday. If you don't want to take our case, be a mature adult and say so, it's that simple. I would hope that a reputable firm would treat prospective clients with more professionalism. This just shines a light on the fact that if they do take my case, is this what I have to look forward to any time I call to inquire about the status of my case? Chances are more likely than not. I guess it's a God send that I am learning this now and not later. We are moving in, thank you but no thank you!
