Without a doubt, best firm. I’ve never had someone step into a life altering conflict and simplify it for me. I was in an accident and needed help and they told me to go get treated and they would handle everything else.... Aaaaand that’s exactly what happened!!! I was treated like I was being represented by my best friends. Support, warmth, security, and (most importantly) honesty. Proud to have been represented by Claggett & Sykes.

They were very helpful. They took a dark moment and made sure to make the process as smooth as possible. Only had to go into the office once and from there was just getting updates on the process over the phone. Whenever I had questions, they were easy to reach. They won my case and got me more than expected. Highly recommend Claggett and Sykes.

After my daughter's accident I contacted Claggett & Sykes to represent her. They made it very easy and took care of all the details, from dealing with the auto insurance and health insurance, and making sure all bills were paid. It was a pleasure working with them.

I have nothing but great things to say about this firm. I was referred by a friend after a auto accident in which i was rear ended but was hesitant to call. I said i feel fine and just wanted to continue with my day to day. After i decided to reach out i meet with Christian just to see what he would want to talk about. I was pleasantly surprised that he was interested in how i was feeling and not just talk numbers. I was so please with the professional and caring demeanor of him as well as the case manager Eunice that i decided to trust the process although i thought i was fine. I was scheduled with a doctor the next day and to my surprise i was not ok. With the care and compassion that was ALWAYS communicated with me made me feel like they were always on my side. The prompt responds to calls or questions was the best. I was extremely impressed with the results and is very satisfied with the outcome and every step of the process. I've never been through the legal process before and didn't know what to expect, so I asked a family friend and they referred me to Claggett & Sykes. I explained my situation to Will alongside a few others and they told me they would handle everything, which gave me a bit of relief. They took their time with me explaining the steps in the process, answering my numerous questions, and getting me setup for legal action. After that they helped me through the medical process with examinations, therapy, and appointments to better record what actually happened to me physically. It felt like it was taking forever but I was reassured time and again by my law firm and even the medical professionals that this needs to take time for me to heal. During the recoup period for one problem another arose that caused even more room for concern and lead me to believe I had more injuries from the same accident. Surprisingly enough I was right and I was even more damaged from my accident than previously expected. An injury such as this revealing itself later in the game created a bit of worry, but Will and his team assured me that they'd figure it out and I should get the medical attention I deserve. So I pursued another injury from the same accident that required not only therapy and several doctors appointments, but also surgery. That took even more time to recoup from as I had time out of work and a list of different appointments to follow-up with. At the end of all the medical stuff and when I was well on the road to self recovery, my legal team prepared the documentation and everything else needed to make those responsible face the music. It dragged on a bit because the other side didn't want to face facts sooner than they needed to and wanted to make me wait (or so it seemed). However, once we had a Settlement Conference and spoke plainly as to the problem, facts, and actions that will be taken the other side decided to make a deal. Pleased with what they were offering and feeling like it would make-up for what pain and suffering I had to endure, we agreed to a settlement. The other side took their sweet time to conclude all the final details, but finally the check came through and everything came to a closure. All in all, Claggett & Sykes will be representing me in the future, not only for their professional attitude/approach but for the simple fact that they’re really proficient in making such a painfully drawn out process simple for someone who has no idea on what to expect. They're kind, considerate, and confident that they'll do what is necessary to represent you the best way possible. Will - You were a joy to speak with and I found so many commonalities between us that you felt more like a friend than an attorney - that's a good thing haha Shannon - Always with a smile and always being real with me when I needed it. Christian Augustin is an all-star. Once assigned to my case, he kept things moving along. Christian kept me informed as to the status of my case. He knew when to push for more and was able to get a fair settlement for me. I highly recommend Christian! The addition of Dr. Sam Colarusso as Client Advocate was a good move for Claggett & Sykes. Dr. Colarusso is very knowledge and brought a fresh perspective to the case.

This firm has managed to compile a team of absolute all stars. Will, Geordan, Brian, Christian, Matt, Sean...I could go on and on, but really there's no name that doesn't deserve recognition. They are currently handling my personal injury case and I have been blown away by the time, effort and detail they put into my case. It feels like I'm their only client. They are aggressive, experienced, and are not afraid to go after the insurance companies. *Update* Recieved my check today. Couldn't be happier with the results.
