Got in a pretty bad car accident and was very stressed and worried about what I supposed to do next. Christian and the rest of the team at Claggett and Sykes made sure I was completely taken care of. They were extremely professional and made the process as simple as possible for me. With the help of Dr. C, they were able to find me the best treatment possible for my injuries. They were able to get me the highest possible settlement to compensate for my treatment and hardship. In the end, I was more than satisfied with the outcome of what seemed to be a horrible situation.

Claggett & Sykes were nothing but helpful. Fortunately, or shall I say “Unfortunately,” I have used this law firm on two occasions. The first time was about 10 years ago and I was very satisfied with the outcome. Then, last year I found myself in need of their services once again. From start to finish, someone was there to answer any questions I had. I was always put at ease. From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with a smile and a bottle of water or soda, if you are parched. They setup everything for you and put you in contact with friendly and competent medical services. I never once felt pressured or unsatisfied with any of Claggett & Sykes’ referrals (Chiro, X-ray, Physical Therapist, Pain Management). They seem to deal with only professional and top notch companies. When they had questions or just giving you an update On your case (although I never had to call because they always reached out to me first) they were awesome. Eunice Tiu especially was great. She was polite, attentive and cared about my situation. Eunice is a definite asset to the firm. Lastly, my attorney, Mr. Christian Augustin, went above and beyond what I expected. When you think it’s a fair settlement, he would take that extra step and push for you to get more then what you feel you deserve. The communication was great. He wouldn’t make a move without your consent and did what was in your best interest. If I could, I would give a 10 star rating out of 5 stars.
