Visiting Las Vegas from out of town and unfortunately my driver got into an car accident. Called a few attorneys I saw advertised but decided to go with Clagget & Skyes. They were very professional, and my lawyer Christian personally called to check in and talk to me directly to give updates throughout the case which I appreciated. I was pleased with the results and firm and would recommend to anyone in the Las Vegas area.

I was referred to Claggett & Sykes by a friend after I was rear ended on the freeway. And as anyone who has been in a car accident can attest, it can turn your whole world upside down. Christian Augustin represented me after the accident and to say he did an excellent job is an understatement! Sorry for the lengthy information but possibly major information necessary for your experience. Medical Support: After my accident, I contacted my insurance company. Even though I was not at fault, they offered to cover my Vehicle damage, medical expenses, other through my coverage, less co-pays. Presented in a very personable manor that was easily understood, generous, and ease of my worries. I accepted their offer. My doctors’ offices asked for my insurance as normal. Over time I was getting concerned with the impact on my insurance claims against my policy and credit. Receiving bills not covered by insurance, collection letters against me and my credit score. We were referred to: Claggett & Sykes Meeting with Matthew S. Granda and Maria Alvarez we presented our concerns. They explained how they will relieve our concerns and the amount of time spent gathering and tracking claims. Relief! I contacted our insurance. Big change when I tell them we hired a lawyer. We cannot communicate with them in any way shape or form. Don’t call back! Direct communication with Maria (phone calls and emails) I was assured they were taking care of everything.
