Our journey across the states from west to east was a wonderful trip until two days before home, when our truck and travel trailer had an accident on highway 80 in Nevada. We had to search for an attorney in NV to handle the case because we are residents of CA. I didn’t know anyone in that state and had to look on the internet. That led me to someone who referred me to Claggett & Sykes. I feel SO fortunate to have found them. My attorney, Christian Augustin and his team were SO kind, compassionate, honest and best of all communicated every step of the journey, never leaving me wondering where I stand. Being hurt on the job isn't fun under any circumstance and Workman's compensation can be confusing at times.
